So this comic is based off of a true event, although Steve wasn't around to witness it. As it happens, our building manager only hires the best looking repairmen in Los Angeles. So far we've had to have our deck fixed, our lighting re-wired and our kitchen light covers re-cut, and every time something goes wrong we have a new sexy beast of a man sent to our apartment to fix it. Needless to say, I'm pretty happy when something breaks down around the building. ;)
